The Bachelor alum, 30, tied the knot with musician Brighton Reinhardt in an “intimate” wedding at The Point Luxury Villa in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, on Friday, Dec. 5, joined by 70 loved ones. The couple tells PEOPLE they always loved the idea of having a destination wedding, seeing it as an opportunity to gather all their “favorite people” together and turn a whole weekend into an incredible “core memory.”

“It feels so rare to get everyone to pause their lives, travel somewhere beautiful, and just be together,” Randolph says. “I couldn’t wait to look around and see our closest friends and family all in Costa Rica, celebrating with us and making memories we’ll talk about forever.”

As for how they chose their venue, she and Reinhardt, 28, previously stayed at The Point Villa during a vacation with the groom’s family several years ago and “completely fell in love with it.” Randolph says the couple are also captivated by the country’s “relaxed, go-with-the-flow Pura Vida spirit.”

“Pura Vida means ‘pure life’ or ‘simple life,’ and it’s more than a phrase — it’s a whole Costa Rican philosophy. It’s such a positive and contagious way of approaching life, and it just felt right for our wedding,” she explains.

The pair worked with wedding planner Nicole Fernández to help execute their vision for the big day. Randolph’s manager, Danielle DeGregory, co-founder of AMIBA Consulting, also helped coordinate the weekend festivities.

Inspired by the lush jungle surrounding the villa, they kept the decor simple and classic, allowing the natural setting to shine. ArtFlower, a local floral and design company, set the tone with a palette emphasizing whites and soft pastels. Twinkle lights were strung throughout the entire venue to create “a warm, magical glow.”

The couple also incorporated small details that honored Costa Rican culture. In a nod to the tradition of coconut drinks, ArtFlower created a “coconut boat” setup, and each guest was handed a fresh coconut when they arrived.

“We even brought in the local man who walks around Tamarindo with his coconut cart to open and serve them. Guests could keep them as is — or spike them with rum,” notes Randolph, who runs a speech therapy business.

Reinhardt says the two were very intentional about making sure the wedding felt “like us.” He explains, “Nothing over-the-top, nothing distracting or taking away from the actual moment. We wanted it to feel personal and full of memories we’ll cherish forever.”

In a particularly special detail, Randolph and Reinhardt asked their brothers to officiate the ceremony. “Brighton’s brother, Cole, and my brother, Landon, married us,” Randolph says, recalling, “They were both nervous but excited. It was such a meaningful, personal touch. Definitely something we’ll be adding to the memory box.”

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father to Kenny G’s “Stranger on the Shore,” performed by the live-looping music duo Nablo. She wore Pronovias’ Old Hollywood-inspired Ribelia satin gown, which features an open low back with a draped cowl, delicate structured straps and a dramatic long train.

She wore two other Pronovias looks during the weekend festivities: the Judy A-line dress with an embellished sheer skirt for the welcome party, and the Sting strapless minidress for the reception. She says of the latter, “[It has] details that almost remind me of a seashell. It feels fun and flirty but still elegant.”

Randolph topped off her ceremony and reception dresses with Betsey Johnson slingback heels adorned with pearls and glitter. She swapped the heels for a pair of the brand’s sneakers for the dance floor.

Joseph Michael styled her hair, and Rachael Owens did her makeup. “We went for a natural, clean-girl look. something that still feels like me, just a little more elevated for the wedding,” Randolph notes of her bridal glam.

She and Reinhardt exchanged both traditional and heartfelt personal vows. “I love getting in my feels. I love the romance. So I’ve always known I wanted to do personal vows,” the bride says, adding, “Brighton, on the other hand, was terrified, but I knew he was going to do great.”

After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests gathered at a cocktail hour, followed by a celebratory dinner featuring stations. The food was handled by Catering Costa, and Randolph recalls flying to the country with Reinhardt for a tasting in September and having “the hardest time narrowing things down — it was all incredible.”

The menu included shrimp cocktail served in a coconut, palm heart ceviche, edible flower rolls, yuca croquettes, avocado mousse, sea bass and grilled beef tenderloin. Dessert was mini passion fruit panna cotta and chocolate mousse. Randolph and Reinhardt also had a small wedding cake “for a fun photo moment.”

After dinner, the couple “turned things up” with the help of Hinestra, a music production company that put together a full band featuring keys, drums, guitar, saxophone, bass and two vocalists, Voshawn and Katherine Prado. “Brighton is an artist, so having music woven throughout the entire day is essential to us,” Randolph notes.

The newlyweds chose Etta James’ “At Last” for their first dance. “It’s classic and romantic and we both love it,” Reinhardt says. In a special moment, Reinhardt surprised his bride by performing an original song — called “Wherever We Are,” which he wrote and released earlier this year — during the reception. Randolph came onstage to sing along with him.

The couple first met 10 years ago, and struck up a friendship that eventually turned romantic. They began dating in 2020, and four years later, Reinhardt popped the question to Randolph at one of her favorite spots: Crystal Cove in Newport Beach, Calif.

Randolph thought she was taking a pre-dinner walk with her family, and was then surprised to find Reinhardt waiting for her in the last cottage nestled against the cliff. After she said “yes,” Reinhardt’s family jumped out of hiding, and the group celebrated at a dinner at a local restaurant, A Crystal Cove.

Now, as they step into this new chapter as husband and wife, Randolph tells PEOPLE she is excited to have her “best friend” by her side for all that life brings. “I can’t wait to start a family, create traditions of our own, and grow into the next versions of ourselves together,” she says.

Reinhardt is also eager to build a family and make new memories with his wife, whom he says “leads with so much kindness and gentleness, but also this unexpected little spark of feistiness.”

“She’s stubborn in all the right ways, especially about the things and people she cares about,” he adds. “I love how deeply she loves, how loyal she is, and how she makes everyone around her feel seen. Being loved by her is one of the best feelings in the world.”

Reflecting on her love for Reinhardt, Randolph gushes, “He is incredibly loyal, kind and passionate, and we’re so alike in some ways yet completely different in others. I love how artistic and bold Brighton is. He inspires me every single day. He’s my best friend and my rock, and I already know he’s going to be the best father to our kids.”

“I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together,” she adds.
